This page will be used by other teams to capture their audit findings after conducting a 2nd party audit of your Oil SSTS Safety Case.

Tasks A (For the other teams) – Audit Findings
Populate the Padlet below with comments from your 2nd party audit of this teams Safety Case. This is your opportunity to give both positive and negative input, and if you need help with the questions to ask you can look at the ASEMS Question Sets.
Hint : This link will send you to a page containing a number of different questions sets, grouped under various categories.
For the purpose of this workshop we suggest you consider 3.1, 3.2, 4.1, 4.3, 4.6, 5.5, and 6.1 during your review of the following SSPM workshop outputs:
- Safety Management Plan
- Development of the Requirements
- SCR for Main Gate
- The Hazard Log for the teams preferred design option
When adding notes, please:
- Add your review comments in the header of a new post under the relevant column. Do not populate the body of the post.
- Colour your posts so that is it obvious which team left which comments.

Review the comments received above and add populate the main text field within each post to indicate your response.
