Task B – Demonstrating Compliance

Now that you have identified the legislation applicable to the Oil SSTS, you need to considered how you will demonstrate compliance and what you will do if you are unable to meet legislation.

  • Consider what methods you could use to demonstrate compliance against the identified legislation and/or standards and update the Padlet below by adding in different methods. You may wish to identify a number of different techniques.
  • In the event that you are unable to meet the requirements of legislation and/or a standard, describe using the Padlet table below what actions you should take.
