Welcome to the Home Page for the Maritime Environmental Management Training (MEMT), a 4 day online training program delivered virtually by Atkins’ experienced trainers.

The purpose of this page is to provide participants the opportunity to familiarise themselves with:

  • The format of the MEMT Workshops
  • The MEMT Home Page
  • The MEMT Course Timetable
  • Useful information supporting your learning journey.

MEMT Format

During MEMT groups of up to 5 participants will work together virtually to complete the workshop activity, with support from the experienced Atkins safety tutors as required.

The workshop will be delivered virtually using MS Teams, with participants and tutors located throughout the country. If you have not already done so, please visit our virtual test page to ensure you are ready to participate in the workshops.

On the first day you will be granted access into the virtual environment and assigned a team, which you will remain in for the duration of the course.  Each team will operate in a breakout room to complete each of the workshop, where you will be able to work collaboratively within your Teams online area.
